Physical fitness is a general state of health and well-being and more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupation and daily activities. Physical fitness is generally achieved through proper nutrition, moderate-vigorous physical exercise, physical activity, and sufficient rest.There are different fitness programs which includes personal and group training for weight loss, transformation and muscle build.
Ahmad Medical Institue of Rehabilitation Sciences offers physical fitness programs in a well structured well equiped gym. This will include different training programs under the supervison of well trained instructor. These programs will be offered in the Institute premises for male and female employes & students of AMI.
