Scope :

The (AMI) provides , other healthcare professionals, patients and their families with the opportunity to use the region’s first free-standing outpatient facility dedicated to education, research and care of patients with cardiovascular disease. Services at The Cardiac Center include Patient evaluation and management by a physician and/or cardiovascular nurse practitioner  Electrocardiography (EKG) Phlebotomy, specimen collection and laboratory testing X-Ray  Exercise testing T-Wave Alternans  Echocardiography, including trans esophageal echocardiography (TEE)  Carotid and peripheral vascular ultrasound Holter and event recorder monitoring  24-hour blood pressure monitoring  Tilt table testing ∃ Pacemaker and implantable cardiac defibrillator (ICD) management  Cardiac catheterization  Therapeutic Monitoring Clinic  Enhanced External Counter Pulsation (EECP) Therapy  Heart Improvement Therapy Clinic for heart failure patients  Heart-Lite Clinic targeting personalized weight loss and heart healthy lifestyle changes . Support groups  Prevention services (risk reduction)  Smoking cessation Nutrition counseling  Stress management  Exercise programs (monitored and unmonitored).
